Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

Principle

We are an honest no-logs VPN. We physically cannot retroactively link activity on an exit IP to a specific user — we hold no such data. So we can only respond to abuse at the node / exit-IP level, with no deanonymization.

Prohibited

• Attacks: DoS/DDoS, scanning, brute-forcing, exploiting others' systems.
• Spam, bulk mailing, artificial engagement, fraud.
• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — absolutely prohibited.
• Activity that creates legal risk for the infrastructure and node hosting.

Enforcement (node / exit-IP level, no retroactive de-anonymisation)

Port blocking, null-route, exit-IP rotation, disabling P2P on a specific node. On systematic abuse from a location — retiring the exit IP / node. We have no logs to “reveal who it was”.

Abuse & DMCA

Reports:abuse@tishetishe.com. Provide the exit IP, date and time (UTC), and incident type — we will act at the exit-IP level. We keep no traffic logs or session history, so identifying a user from a complaint is impossible.
