What we do NOT collect
- No connection logs, no session IP addresses, no online timestamps.
- No per-user traffic accounting.
- No DNS queries (per-node resolver, no logging).
- No personal data at sign-up — you log in with an anonymous account number.
- Device private keys are generated in your browser and never sent to the server.
What we store (minimum)
- The account number — stored as an HMAC hash, not the number itself. Your only identifier.
- Subscription status and expiry; wiped after it lapses.
- Device public keys and the assigned IP — while the device is active; deleted on revocation.
- Optionally an email — only if you enabled reminders. Stored encrypted (Fernet), deleted on request.
- Payment facts (amount, status) — with no long-lived link to the account: the invoice↔account link is scrubbed after activation.
Payments & refunds
Accepted: Bitcoin (on-chain), Litecoin, USDT-TRC20 — non-custodial, funds go straight to the operator's wallets. USDT is a transparent network with possible issuer freezes — the least private option. Crypto payments are irreversible: a refund is possible only if the service was not delivered, via a support request.
Recovery
The account number is unrecoverable by design. Losing the token means losing access. Keep it safe.
Jurisdiction & contacts
We publish a warrant canary and are working toward an external audit (see Transparency). With honest no-logs we physically hold no data linking an exit IP and time to a user. abuse@tishetishe.com
